Roo Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer, Digi2al Limited

Roo ReynoldsRoo Reynolds was a product manager in the UK’s Government Digital Service where he worked with a variety of teams including the Register to Vote service and GOV.UK.

When Roo first joined GDS in 2012, there was only 50 people in the office. By the time he left in 2015, there were over 600.

Roo enjoyed sharing responsibility for the delivery, on-going success and continuous improvement of the core GOV.UK product. He led the multi-disciplinary agile team that continues to deliver information and services used by millions of people each week. He prioritised work based on user needs, interpreting user research in order to make product decisions and ensuring that iterative delivery was underpinned at every stage by effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data.

Robert Cowham, Vice Chair, BCS CMSG and Senior Consultant, Perforce Software

A recently published author, and frequent presenter at industry events, Robert was Chair of the BCS CMSG for 7 years, and is currently Vice Chair. He now works for Perforce Software and is primarily involved with consultancy and training, as well as some development projects. He has long been interested in all aspects of software development, and has also applied configuration management principles to the documentation and management of data centres and infrastructure. Robert also seeks to apply continuous improvement principles to his practice of the Japanese martial art of Aikido.

Connor Shearwood, Software Engineer, SpringerNature

Connor Shearwood is a Software Engineer and Release Engineer for Springer Nature. He is part of a team that maintains build, continuous integration and testing infrastructure for almost three hundred developers world wide. In the past, he has written software to serve adverts to millions of users world wide, optimised big data applications from days per report to hours and managed the transition from fragile legacy systems to new, custom built solutions whilst maintaining 100% uptime.

Martin Prendergast, CEO and Co-Founder, Concorde

Martin PrendegastMartin brings over 20 years senior management experience to Concorde. After serving as a Captain in the Army he began his career in IT at Peregrine Systems, before moving on to help architect, sell and deliver ITSM solutions for market leaders such as HP, CSC, EDS & Computacenter. He has also held senior management roles at Unitrans and Morse PLC before leaving Morse in 2007 to co-found Concorde Solutions. As CEO Martin has led the company to the position where it is now a globally recognised brand in Enterprise SAM solutions.

Martin also sits on the Governance Board of the Cloud Industry Forum and is a regular speaker at analyst events.

Jason Keogh is an internationally recognized subject matter expert in Software Asset Management (SAM) and a 20+ year veteran of the IT industry. Jason has a wealth of experience in desktop and datacenter technologies, particularly with giants Oracle, Microsoft and IBM. Jason founded the leader in the discovery inventory space, iQuate in 2002 and acted as CEO and CTO there until 2014. Jason is now VP of Product for 1E, the leader in Software Lifecycle Automation and leads the SAM vision for the company. Jason is the editor of ISO 19770-3, the new international standard for defining and managing Software License Entitlements.
