ITIL® Implementation Workshop

The implementation of ITIL® Service Management best practice can present multiple challenges, even to the most experienced practitioner!
A few such challenges include:

- Selecting ITIL® v2 or v3
- Determining the scope and requirements relevant to the organisation
- Gaining Senior Management sponsorship
- Managing resistance
- Budget, Resources, Tol requirements
- Management of the implementation programme
- Integration with existing operational processes and functions
- Communication and awareness

Alim Ozcan (Best Practice Consultant) will present and discuss some of the issues faced by companies during the implementation of ITIL® and ways in which these risks and issues can be tackled. Following the presentation, delegates will be grouped together to take part in an interactive mentor-led discussion, in order to share experiences, issues and discuss possible solutions. The evening is suitable for anyone interested in or involved with the implementation and ongoing management of ITIL® best practice. It will allow participants at all levels to increase their practical knowledge of ITIL® Service Management and network with professionals that are experiencing similar issues.
