Chris Finden-Browne, SMSG Chair and IBM Distinguished Engineer. Chris has worked for IBM for more than 30 years, and participates in global teams which advise on Service Management directions.

Synopsis:
The session will briefly review recent trends in Service Management adoption before considering a range of challenges that Service Management must tackle now and over the next few years.  It examines the challenges and discusses the ways in which ITSM must evolve and innovate to meet them.
