Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the Service Management Specialist Group of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT is to be held on Monday 24 October 2011 from 18:15-18:30 at BCS London offices. The short formal AGM will be followed by the separately announced Members' Meeting "ITIL 2011 - An Invitation to review and discuss the impact to IT Service Management".

Non-BCS Members may attend the AGM portion of the meeting but are not eligible to vote in any election.

Please notify the Chair of any matters you wish to raise at the AGM by 14 October 2011 so that these can be added to the agenda - see nomination form for contact details.

Your specialist group committee does need your continued support to carry out its work for the benefit of all members. New committee members in particular are always welcome.

Please note: Nominations for the 2011/2012 Officers must list the Office, the Nominee's name, membership number and signature together with the Proposer's and Seconder's names, membership numbers and signatures and be lodged with the Chair by Friday 14 October 2011.
