Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the Service Management Specialist Group of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT is to be held on Thursday 6 December 2012 from 18:10-18:25 at BCS London offices. The short formal AGM will be followed by the separately announced Members' Meeting "IT and Apprenticeships - Getting an early start in Service Management".

Non-BCS Members may attend the AGM portion of the meeting but are not eligible to vote in any election.

Your specialist group committee does need your continued support to carry out its work for the benefit of all members. New committee members in particular are always welcome. Please could you make any nominations to join the committee using the Nomination Form.
