ECDL is awarded according to a four-tier grading structure, ranging from pass to distinction-star. This ensures learners receive the right level of recognition for their efforts.
ECDL is approved by Ofqual and is also approved on the Section 96 list of qualifications for delivery to pre-16s. For your students completing Year 11 education by summer 2017, the qualification attracts performance points as follows:
