Description:

Noman Sultan, Senior IT Governance Advisor (FTSE 100, and SME's) will present his recent practice-based findings from research on the role of values in IT governance for enabling effective strategic leadership and governance.

Using examples from current industry practices Noman will show how a new framework for governance using five core enablers can facilitate and improve practices in IT governance."
