Workshop

Without a doubt, Luke Hohmann is one of the most inspiring characters in the "Agile World". His work on Innovation Games® is part of Luke's vision to change the world and he is certainly doing it, one game at a time.

This is going to be a very dynamic and fluid (un)workshop where Luke will answer any of your questions on Agile. Let's see if we can stump him!

He will also go over several of his most popular games such as Prune the Product Tree for Strategic Planning, Buy a Feature for Prioritisation and Online Games for improving the retrospectives of distributed Agile teams.

It promises to be a fun, engaging and memorable evening.

Speaker

Luke Hohmann is the Founder and CEO of Conteneo (formerly, The Innovation Games® Company). The author of three books, Luke’s playfully diverse background of life experiences has uniquely prepared him to design and produce serious games.

Luke’s a bit of an old school Silicon Valley entrepreneur. Instead of building a company to flip, he’s building a company to change the world. You can join him by playing games here or at Games for Democracy.

Innovation Games Training in London - 05/06 Dec

Luke is visiting to London to lead his Innovation Games for Customer Understanding workshop at SkillsMatter. This is an extremely engaging workshop where the participants will be able to play with many of Luke's games.

In just 2 days of highly interactive training, you will gain a thorough grounding in both in person and online versions of Innovation Games, and how to apply them in an agile development process. These games will also help you avoid common pitfalls in Agile practices, such as teams becoming tired of answering the same questions during retrospectives, lack of engagement with spreadsheets, and uninspiring PowerPoints for product roadmaps. These games will make Agile fun again, as it was always meant to be!

If you work as a Coach, Facilitator, Product Owner or a Team Lead, this is a rare opportunity to learn how Innovation Games work from the source. Don't miss it!
