Synopsis:

This is an independent event for SAM practitioners who share a passion for creating and sustaining SAM ‘best practice’ through benchmarking against quality standards, self-assessment and a program of continual improvement.

It includes end user organisations, market analysts, quality standards architects, technology vendors and service organisations, and we welcome new participants especially from end user organisations.

The main purpose of the event is to create an environment for healthy debate, but it is not for commercial gain.

After missing 2 meetings during the summer I would like to re-establish the momentum for these meetings and to seek views on how we should run the meetings, and potentially influence the SAM market place.

The proposed agenda is:

6.00pm Coffee and networking
6.45pm Introduction and review of the meeting objectives and format
7.00pm Session 1 - 'Cloud and your data center - the demand for SAM', presented by Shane McDermott
7.40pm Refreshments
8.00pm Session 2 - Microsoft Core based licensing rules and what they mean for the SAM community, presenter to be agreed
9.00pm Close

Please attend and use this opportunity to influence SAM.
