Synopsis:

This is an independent event for SAM practitioners who share a passion for creating and sustaining SAM ‘best practice’ through benchmarking against quality standards, self-assessment and a program of continual improvement.

It includes end user organisations, market analysts, quality standards architects, technology vendors and service organisations, and we welcome new participants especially from end user organisations.

The main purpose of the event is to create an environment for healthy debate, but it is not for commercial gain.

Following feedback from the previous meeting the agenda is:

6.45pm Introduction
7.00pm Session 1 - 'Preparing for vendor audits - Microsoft', presented by Kyle Fowler and Gemma King
7.40pm Refreshments
8.00pm Session 2 - 'Preparing for vendor audits - Oracle' or 'Update on ISO 19770-1 marketing and future'
9.00pm Close

Session 2 will be confirmed shortly.

Please attend and invite your clients and anyone interested in being part of a SAM community.
