Synopsis:

Unified Communications has managed to hold on as a tech trend for 10 years which is impressive when in general it has delivered so little for users!

Does anyone feel more connected, more productive and happier as a workers because their employer has implemented a great Unified Communications experience for the them at work? How many numbers are you trying to juggle at the moment, and how many email accounts do you have.....?

This talk will look at what has driven the market to this place, where the market is today and what the opportunity is for the future. This is not a Vodafone sales pitch, and all opinions will be the speakers own. Richard has worked in the ICT industry for 20 years with a focus on Unified Communications throughout this time. Richard is currently running Vodafone’s UK Unified Communications practice, has a BA in Economics and an MBA.
