Synopsis:

Can you imagine life without a smartphone? How did we communicate before we all had mobiles? Try sending messages using semaphore flags or Morse Code, learn more about radio communications, see the latest 4G mobile phones and discover how we access the Internet.

If you remember when phones had dials - or even if you were born into a world of wi-fi - you’ll love phoning a friend on one of our working retro telephones. Play around with past and future telecommunications and meet the engineers that make it all work in this exciting hands-on exhibition.
