Synopsis:

BCS Manchester Branch, in association with Manchester Business School and Accenture, would like to welcome you to the first BCS ELiTE Group event to be held in Manchester at Floor 24, City Tower, on the evening of 15 November 2010. Our topic will be “The Thriving CIO” and will examine the role of the CIO and how to avoid the ‘austerity trap’.

This event is free of charge and is an opportunity for you to join fellow IT leaders in an interesting and exciting evening of informative presentations and debate on the role of the CIO in driving IT forwards in a time of austerity. The presentations will be delivered by industry experts and will provide the opportunity for you to debate these issues with your peers, and to understand how you will reduce costs and position your IT function and your company for growth.
