Synopsis:

In this engaging presentation, our speaker Rose Atkinson will outline how Knowledge Management adds value to consultancy and empowers the client. Rose will explain what Knowledge Management is and how it supports all stages of the consultancy cycle.

Anyone undertaking internal or external consultancy will benefit from attending this event. Attendees will learn some tried and tested techniques and take away a useful toolkit, together with information on how to explore the subject further.

Speaker: Rose Atkinson from the Cabinet Office

Rose Atkinson is a career Civil Servant with 35 years' service. She has a fascinating portfolio of experience in Central Government, from investigating marriages of convenience and granting political asylum to refugees, to working with Britain's intelligence and security agencies and leading issues across government.

Rose has been in the Government Knowledge and Information Management Profession since 2006 and is currently Head of Knowledge and Transparency for Cabinet Office.

In 2009 Rose decided to seek a CMCE award to enhance her knowledge management role. Since 2010 she has been a regular speaker on adding value to consultancy through effective knowledge management.
