Synopsis:

Cyber resilience is a big deal for every organisation, it is attracting a lot of press coverage and attention from senior and executive management. This presentation will look at how people working in ITSM can contribute to cyber resilience within their organisation.

The presentation will be based on ideas from the new Axelos Cyber Resilience publication (published June 2015), for which Stuart Rance was the lead author.

Stuart is a consultant, trainer and author, who helps clients use service management and information security management to create value for themselves and their customers. He is a Chartered Fellow of BCS (FBCS CITP), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Stuart is the author of ITIL Service Transition, 2011 edition, co-author of the ITIL V3 Glossary, and lead author for the new cyber resilience publication from Axelos, the owners of ITIL.

Stuart is a regular public speaker at many events in the UK and abroad. In the past 12 months he has spoken about topics as diverse as 'the future of ITSM', 'continual service improvement' and 'Attitudes, behaviour and culture' in events in itSMF Denmark, itSMF Australia, itSMF Belgium, itSMF UK, itSMF Estonia and itSMF Norway as well as a number of online events including BrightTalk presentations on service strategy, incident management and problem management.
