Synopsis:

We are all probably aware of the benefits of using a structured project management methodology to help us manage our IT and business projects at work. But how many of us think to  apply even part of the same approach to the rest of what we do? If using a structured approach is so beneficial to helping us deliver results with limited resources at work, imagine how useful that would be at home, or in your career, where making efficient use of your resources would have real, personal benefits!

Jacqui’s interactive talk will take a helpful, but light-hearted, look at  how elements of project management methodology might be applied at home and in your career.

About the speaker:

Jacqui Hogan has worked in Information Technology, as a ‘techie’, project manager and senior manager for a number of different organisations including pharmaceuticals, engineering, insurance, not-for-profit and IT outsourcing. She currently runs her own company, Cocreative, specialising in mentoring, training and inspiring IT business owners, leaders and managers to improve their leadership and management. Jacqui is an active member of BCS and currently a committee member of the BCS ELITE group.
