What is your 2016 ITSM resolution?

Patrick Bolger, Chief Evangelist at Hornbill Service Management, will facilitate a lively discussion of IT Service Management, DevOps, Agile or SIAM practices with a holiday impact or twist.

  • What would happen if you took away your end of year change freeze?
  • How do you know you are ready for Black Friday?
  • Why do you not take advantage of suppliers with end of year deals to improve your service management capabilities?
  • Does planning for new features really stop over the holidays?

Join us for wine, networking and a lively time. In out summer event we had over 60 people for 3 hours discussing all things ITSM. Happy holidays!
