What the workshop will cover: 

There will be a short talk, to give you the 10 key steps of scheduling a project using MS Project. 

You will learn how to:

  • create resources
  • Create a Gantt Chart Schedule
  • enter milestones and summary tasks
  • allocate resources to tasks
  • View different views, table and reports to get details and interesting information about your project.

MS Project is an excellent tool for project management, independent of specific PM theories and disciplines.
