BG-Group has a heavily outsourced environment which delivers services to 13000 users in six continents. The Shared Services function was created in 2014 to bring together those functions required to make service integration a reality and has since used a dynamic programme of Continual Service Improvement to deliver transformational results in service metrics and customer satisfaction.

This session will detail the key elements of that success and the underpinning principles which have driven the design and operation of the service.
