Most Service Management professionals have acquired a range of transferable skills over their careers. The need to be able to interact with both IT and the business enables us to translate between the two, as well as turning technical solutions into real business value.

However, despite possessing these skills, many find it hard to translate that into words on a CV or talk knowledgeably at an interview.

This session, led by Chris Morley, will look at what stops you getting an interview, how to overcome that and what added benefits you can bring to your professional career to make you stand out.
