Synopsis:

Session 1: Kylie Fowler, ITAM Intelligence

The shift from On-Premise infrastructure to SaaS and 3rd party cloud environments demands a fundamental change in the way organisations manage their software and services. In this presentation, Kylie will explain why Cloud is a game changer for both vendors and customers, and why cost optimisation of SaaS and Cloud infrastructures will be a matter of life and death for organisations and companies in future. Kylie will discuss the Cloud Services Lifecycle, and why Software Asset Managers will need to work much more closely with both Configuration Managers and the Business in future.

Speaker Bio:

Kylie is an experienced coach and expert consultant in Software Asset/IT Asset Management with a track record of supporting companies to optimise their IT estate and reduce IT costs through the creation of best practice and compliant software asset management frameworks. She is also experienced in coaching and mentoring in-house ITAM teams to increase productivity, reduce risk, support and reinforce change and develop new skills and competencies.

Her expertise includes strategic software procurement and she is passionate about the value of building collaborative relationships across organisations to secure buy-in for creative asset management solutions.

Session 2: Cloud Services Optimisation - Panel Discussion
