Hybrid platforms require hybrid IT professionals

The almost constant need for digital transformation means modern IT organisations must alter direction quickly. When the business demands change, CIOs and the rest of the in-house IT team needs to be ready.

Most IT experts know a soft skills deficit is a key barrier to success. BCS research shows digital leaders believe management and business aptitudes are the biggest gaps in their organisation’s IT skills set.

CIOs must boost this capability - and business analysis is a key tool. Business analysis is a research discipline focused on identifying business needs and determining solutions to modern organisational changes.

Such business analysts are often the catalysts for change. In an era of constant transformation, your organisation can use training and development to create hybrid IT professionals who face the future with confidence.
