Benefits to delegates:
What are the challenges many people are facing? Many people find themselves struggling to deal with 'difficult people' in the workplace. We have all had some kind of anxiety to overcome preparing for an interview or getting ready for an appraisal with our boss. You may be the best technical expert, programmer or analyst in your team, however, at a certain point in your career, you will have to manage other people, speak in front of customers or deal with customer complaints effectively.

With NLP you will learn the practical tools to overcome any barriers you may currently have and have more confidence in your own abilities.

Learn to communicate with greater flexibility when you need it and achieve greater personal impact.
