Summary:
In the coming 2009-10 session the Advanced Programming group will concentrate on clarifying the tasks facing application programmers working with networks based on Service-Oriented Architecture.

James Allerton-Austin from Oracle, will describe the features and qualities which a well designed SOA network ought to have, and the implications for the design and implementation, of its supporting application programs.
