How often do we hear ourselves or our colleagues saying that we’ve got problems? And that we need to talk these through in order to sort them out? What we focus on we produce more of. When we focus on a problem … we spread the problem … and this often creates more stress by examining the detail. This is true in our personal lives or in a work context. Problem thinking is infectious, it is debilitating and it can be costly.

Focusing on a situation rather a problem shifts our energy and our approach and creates a more empowering arena to generate solutions. Solution thinking is mature, it is productive and it is a great deal more effective. In a time when uncertainty seems to underpin our efforts to move things forward in many walks of life Sandie will lead an interactive solutions focused approach to help shift perceptions of what sits at the centre of situations and develop a more positive and resourceful practice of exploration that generates collaborative and empowering solutions. Come along and experience 5QF for yourself.
