Summary:

What is Enterprise Architecture, and how does Enterprise Architecture influence program design and technology selection in an organisation. Case study will be drawn from the world of mobile development and will illustrate how EA is used to decide on the appropriate technology and application design for this fast moving area.

About the Speaker:

David has served as Head of Architecture, Retail Banking for Lloyds Banking Group, Head of Enterprise Architecture for CapGemini Financial Services, Head of Architecture for ABN Amro Wholesale Banking Services, and Head of Software Engineering, University of Greenwich. He is currently Director of DCH Technology Services, and has over ten years experience as a practising Enterprise Architect with responsibility for portfolios in excess of 1 Billion Euros per year.

Attendance lists will normally be finalised on the Monday preceding each meeting but late admission may be accepted by signing in to the Davison Building as a visitor.
