This is a game taken from a course on Estimation and Planning. It is designed to show teams how to use Affinity Estimation and Planning Poker to estimate a backlog of work using story points; and how to use those story points to prioritise, plan and predict over the course of a few sprints.

This game is a spin off from the excellent Lego game Kate and Shane ran at Ordnance Survey earlier in the year, re-purposing the same bricks to cover different concepts.

The Agile South Coast Group meets monthly, every second Tuesday of the month, to discuss topics about the whole Agile Experience within local technical organisations and people in the Southampton / Hampshire area. They use differing Agile techniques to explore the space, and their aim is to spread the best practices and avoid the pitfalls of truly applying Agile methodologies within our professional lives.

This presentation is particularly designed for those with experience of using Agile methods.
