There are fears that IT security systems could increasingly face a new type of threat as hackers take advantage of emerging technology to create new types of malware.

According to business data security firm Imperva, an easy to use phishing kit has been created that makes it easy for potential hackers to spoof sixteen popular websites to steal users' data.

However the creators have also targeted potential hackers themselves by adding a backdoor allowing them access to any data gained using the kit.

In an innovative twist they have also made the toolkit cloud based, making it difficult to take out of circulation as the command and control system is not on one easily targeted server.
