Events Calendar
BCS organise numerous events for both its members and the public. These include lectures, dinners, forums and competitions.

ACM-BCS Visions of Computer Science 2010
This flagship event aims to energise the computing community and bring it together around some positive and inspiring visions of our discipline.

BCS/IET Turing Lecture
In honour and recognition of Turing's contribution in the field of computing, BCS and IET established the Turing Lecture in 1999.

Roger Needham Lecture
This is an annual lecture where the winner of the BCS Roger Needham Award is given an opportunity to give a public lecture on their work.

Lovelace Lecture
This is an annual lecture where the winner of the Lovelace Medal is given an opportunity to give a public lecture on their work.

RSI Lecture
This lecture, organised jointly by BCS and The Royal Signals Institution (RSI), focuses on the application of information networking, with a particular emphasis on areas of equivalence between military and civilian use.
