Supporting PRIDE
The BCS IRMA Committee are delighted to support BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT's new Pride specialist group. Formed earlier in 2022, this new member group will play a vital role in BCS's mission to Make IT Good for Society.
The whole of society and the IT & digital professions benefit from the experiences, diversity and talent of our LGBTQ+ colleagues. The group's aims are wide-reaching, including making BCS and our profession more inclusive and welcoming for LGBTQ+ people; raising awareness of BCS within diverse communities; and improving access for LGBTQIA+ individuals to IT and digital training, development and employment.
