Managing your membership and recommending others

MyBCS enables you to update your contact details, upgrade your membership or renew. If you want to recommend or nominate a colleague for membership you can do this from within MyBCS too.


Paying for your membership

Membership Fees - If you want to know how much membership costs you can log in to see what your current fee is, or visit the fees page.

There are a number of ways to pay for your membership:

Direct Debit
The easiest and most convenient is by direct debit, for which you also get a 5% discount.

Credit / Debit card
You can pay online using your credit or debit card.

Cheque / Bank Draft
You will need to make the cheque or bank draft payable to: British Computer Society and include your membership number on the back of the cheque. Please send the cheque to: Finance Department, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, First Floor, Block D, North Star House, North Star Avenue, Swindon, SN2 1FA
