IRMA: Invitation for event sponsorship

Find out about Information Risk Management and Assurance specialist group event sponsorship.

Please select the option you wish to take on the sponsor’s contract:

A vendor stand - a table where the vendor can exhibit their goods / services and sell with some on-spot incentive such as discount.
Sponsorship logo on video credits - A slide prepared by BCS IRMA inserted during the editing of the presentation video containing the logo and name of the event sponsors.
Delegate Packs (120 copies maximum, required a few weeks ahead of time) - Will contain a folder with a single page (A4 or A5) publicity on the sponsor's products / services, etc. This is produced by the sponsor.
IRMA will add to this folder the conference agenda, delegate list and distribute the pack together with the attendees budges or leave them on the seats to pick up.
Promo on email (2000 member list) - the list of sponsors will be emailed to all IRMA members just before the conference date
BCS Website - The logo and name of sponsors will appear in the IRMA event flyer on the BCS website.
Insertion of a publicity slide (GIF format, supplied by the sponsor) to appear at the end of all the conference presentation videos for 7 seconds. The font used in preparing this slide is up to the presenter, but anything smaller than Times New Roman 12 Pts as a minimum character size, which would be readable on full screen when the video is played on a PC, is not recommended.
A ticket for one attendee - who is probably going to be at the stand all day and may attend the conference presentations, networking and have food and refreshments.

Please add £100 plus VAT for your publicity slide insertion at the end of each additional presentation videos.
