John Randall, Associate Director Service Management at Fidelity International

ITIL® and Service Management practices are a key enabler to get people operating in a consistent manner across a global organisation. This presentation will go over the experiences and challenges faced when setting up new teams and developing existing resources over the last 5 years. Hopefully these experiences will be of interest and use to others operating across the global market place.

About John:
John is currently heading up the global governance of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in Fidelity International. He is also responsible for developing and improving the maturity of processes and controls across regions such as India, Asia Pacific, US and Europe. He has a Technology background in Financial background in Financial Services and Insurance.

Target Audience
Managers of Service, Infrastructure and Operations across a global organisation, and anyone else who will be interested in these experiences.

This event is free to current BCS members and £15.00 (+VAT) for non members.
