Date: Thursday 8 September 2011, 6pm - 9pm

Elizabeth Harrin

Description:

Elizabeth Harrin, an active contributor to the forum and author of the award-winning blog; A Girl's Guide to Project Management (www.pm4girls.co.uk), and books on PM and Social Media for Project Managers. Elizabeth will be talking about Impostor Syndrome which Wikipedia defines as follows;

a psychological phenomenon in which people are unable to internalize their accomplishments......Despite external evidence of their competence, those with the syndrome remain convinced that they are frauds and do not deserve the success they have achieved. Proof of success is dismissed as luck, timing, or as a result of deceiving others into thinking they are more intelligent and competent than they believe themselves to be.

Does that sound like you???? This is going to be an excellent session and should have very salient learning points for all of us.
