Web Conference - Demystifying the BCS Chartered IT Status

Paul Jagger and Jooli Atkins (both FBCS no less!!) will talk on this web conference about the process to gain Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status and what you need to do to get there. The conference is open to all and will start at 18:15 with approximately 30 minutes of formal discussion and 15 minutes of questions from listeners afterwards.

About Paul Jagger
Paul is an IBM Certified Consulting Learning Specialist, a Chartered IT Professional (L&D), Fellow of BCS The Chartered Institute for IT, Member of the Chartered Management Institute, secretary of the BCS L&D specialist group, member of the Open University’s undergraduate ICT Program committee and member of the National Skills Academy for IT’s Training Quality Panel. Paul volunteers with BCS as a Chartered IT Professional assessor, and the Education & Training Committee of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. In April 2011 Paul received a Meritorious Service Award from BCS The Chartered Institute for IT for his unswerving commitment to raising professional standards among L&D practitioners in the IT profession.

About Jooli Atkins
Jooli is the Chair of the BCS Learning and Development Specialist Group, is a BCS Chartered IT Professional Assessor and has been a judge for the UK IT Industry Awards, Individual Excellence Categories from 2007 through to 2010, as well as being a judge for the E-Learning Awards in 2009. Joolie works as a Learning and Development professional at Matrix Forty Two.
