The level 1 Certificate allows each learner to demonstrate their abilities across a range of essential IT user skills. This ITQ will build understanding and confidence in using IT for learning, leisure and employment.

The flexibility of the ITQ will enable the learner’s course of study to be adapted to meet their specific needs or interests.

Level 1 unit achievement can be carried into level 2 qualifications, rewarding attainment and encouraging learners to progress.

This qualification may incorporate units from the internationally recognised ECDL qualification.
