Henry Strouts’ current role is as global Head of Business Development for G2G3 but he has also spent time in IT strategy and operations, focusing primarily on both the design and delivery of G2G3’s ITSM simulation suite as well as the delivery of strategic change programs to global enterprise organizations.

Throughout his diverse career, Henry has been an officer in the UK’s Royal Marine Commando’s, a Head of Training and Development with a leading Life and Pensions company within the UK and a Consultant specialising in organisational process and people development, with particular emphasis on team building and change.

An accomplished speaker in the area of personal development, organisational change and service management, Henry has participated in a number of high profile speaking engagements globally. With a strong passion for innovative personal development and an enthusiastic attitude to match, Henry’s presentations are engaging, energetic and fun.
