Event Details:

This is the Formal Notice, sent to all registered BCS ISSG members, that the 2017 AGM of the BCS ISSG will be held at Radbroke Hall, kindly hosted by Barclays plc.

This AGM will follow the GDPR Implications on Cyber Security (12:15pm-16:30pm) event. Please register separately for each event you wish to attend. The AGM is open only to registered BCS members. Advance registration is essential, as Barclays will not permit entry to its offices unless they have received prior notification of delegate’s names. If you wish to attend, please register.

There is no attendance fee for this meeting. So please register online quickly - it's free! If you have problems registering, please call 01793 417 656 for assistance.

Directions to the venue:

Travelling to Radbroke Hall

Visitors to the site should enter via the Stocks Lane entrance. This is off the A50 just by the Whipping Stocks Inn (the entrance is on the left approx. 100m past the inn). Entrance is via an automatic barrier and a one-way system is in operation. Cars must be parked in a designated parking space.

By Road:

If you are approaching on the M6 motorway from the south, leave at junction 18 for Holmes Chapel (A54) and proceed from Holmes Chapel via the A50 for Knutsford; from the north leave at junction 19 proceed on the A556 toward Northwich for approx. 1/2 mile then turn left onto A5033 for Knutsford, proceeding to Radbroke Hall via the A50.

By Rail (Main Lines):

From the South

There are frequent services from London Euston and from Birmingham and South Wales to Manchester Piccadilly, most of which stop at one or more of the three most convenient main line stations for Radbroke Hall: namely Crewe, Wilmslow and Macclesfield. Taxis are available at these stations.

From the North:

By Rail (Local Lines):

An hourly service runs between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly stopping at all stations; e.g. Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Chelford, Alderley Edge, Wilslow etc., but although these smaller stations are closer to Radbroke Hall finding a taxi may take some time.

A service runs between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly stopping at Knutsford.  This runs at hourly intervals (more frequently during rush hour). Taxis are available at Knutsford.
