The PROMS-G Spring School 2018 - this is part four in a series of four events. Book once for access to all four events.

Once again the PROMS-G Spring School is focusing on an important aspect of project management. Our next school will focus on how to maximise the performance of traditional and Agile project teams. It will explore how to identify and harness individual skills, personalities and cultures of team members. It will look at techniques for engaging all team members as effectively as possible and for motivating them through the project lifecycle. Hands on exercises and case studies will form an important and effective part of the school.

A six hour participation certificate is available following the series.

The PROMS-G Spring School is a unique series of events held across four evenings.

It examines a subject matter in depth and from different perspectives.

For a modest entrance fee, you have access to all of the events and an opportunity to meet leading figures in the industry in an intimate environment. Pose your questions to the speaker and absorb the debate.  A buffet is provided, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to aid networking.

The Spring School has proved to be overwhelmingly successful with audience members bringing a broad range of combined experience from the public, private, charity and education sectors.  As this makes the PROMS-G Spring School such a success, you are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment!
