Introduction: In all IT and Systems planning, ‘Qualities’ are primary considerations. There is a need to communicate those critical qualities far better than is now practiced. We need to both learn to quantify qualities, measure and test qualities, and to deal with multiple conflicting quality needs.

Suitable for and aimed at: all IT professionals, Requirements Engineers, Business Analysts, IT consultants

Subjects:

  1. Oral and meeting communication. How to respond to vague quality allusions.
  2. The ambiguity test, at meetings: how to prove nobody has same clear interpretations
  3. How to quantify all quality ideas, without exception: written quality communication
  4. How to enrich quality requirements with information about risks, and priorities.
  5. How to estimate the multiple quality impacts of any strategy/design/architecture
  6. How to manage critical qualities during agile quality delivery cycles.
  7. How to put qualities into contracts, and requests for proposals.
