The Open Rights Group's Becky Hogge hosts a talk and discussion on how legislation is affecting the Internet in Britain.

Becky Hogge is a UK-based music and technology writer and the executive director of the Open Rights Group. She was previously the managing editor, and then the technology director and technology commissioning editor for openDemocracy. During her time with openDemocracy she established the China environment website http://www.chinadialogue.net, along with editor Isabel Hilton.
