Deloitte understands that IT professionalism and skills development are essential to its Technology competency within Consulting. The Professional Development Scheme is embedded in the culture at Deloitte and operates in all 21 UK offices. BCS memberships have doubled since 2003 when we were nominated for Best Scheme Implementation. Today, approximately 200 practitioners have opted to join the BCS through Deloitte's 'trusted-source' scheme.
