In November 2008, Jeff Ridgley was appointed as the project manager for the rollout of a customer relationship management (CRM) system and approach at Oxford City Council. On the 1st June, the first phase of the new system successfully went live at Oxford City Homes, resulting in a fundamental change to the way the service interacts with its customers. The success of this first phase has now paved the way for a wider rollout across the whole Council.
