Connectors, connecting and connected? Making a difference

Date/Time: Thursday 14 October 2010, 7.00pm
Venue: Bournemouth University Talbot Campus Room P401

BCSWomen Dorset, all welcome.

The talk will explore the roles people play in networking, the value in being able to make connections between people, projects and sectors, and benefits of keeping in touch and connected with knowledge bases.

Your take away points from the evening will be an understanding of why you should never leave your knowledge behind, that by changing sectors or jobs you add value to your new role in ways you may never have thought of. You will leave feeling more confident about making use of your whole knowledge and experience and be able to use it to manage your career whether you are at the beginning or many years in.
