Details:

Even though most of us work in projects that will drive operational change, or we work in operations that are changing, we often see the management of change as a bit of an add-on. But we underestimate it. It’s more than that.

Suzanne will show us that by contrast, it’s the key to success. Drawing on her experience both as a change manager and leading architecture teams, she will show how the underlying principles of change management work in practice, and explain how the introduction of new processes and technology, organisation structures, skills and knowledge must have at their centre how people will feel and behave when all this is going on. Suzanne will describe how this change management activity can be connected to the wider enterprise architecture by translating business requirements into tangible, realistic programme deliverables and outcomes.

About the speaker:
Suzanne is a results-driven transformational change leader currently working in the public sector. She has over twenty years of experience in both commercial and government of large-scale IT-driven business transformational programmes.
