Nicola will add her knowledge and experience, adding an operations perspective. Mid way through your career, you’ll be running larger projects with a team of 20+ staff.
Bridget gives hints and tips on how to manage project teams with a mixture of staff and contractors. After several years delivering successful projects you’ll be asked to run programmes (groups of projects) managing multiple teams, with 100s of business stakeholders.
