Every organisation has data at its heart, yet many lack a data strategy or have failed to implement one effectively. Reflecting on his experience gained in many of the organisations in which he has worked, Ian has constructed a comprehensive way to capture the scale of the challenge whilst focusing on how to transition to successful implementation.
A successful data strategy implementation is transformational, impacting everyone within the organisation to varying degrees. Ian will share his observations on the challenges this brings, how it can impede the implementation and share some of his thoughts on how to tackle this.
It will be an opportunity to explore how change can be delivered effectively in organisations, and share experiences in defining and executing a data strategy within your own organisations.
