Synopsis
A diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy must recognise the role of leaders and policymakers.
This event is for leaders to raise their awareness of how systems of inequity inform people’s everyday experiences and how organisational changes that optimise inclusion and equity can create an environment where everyone is afforded what they need to thrive.
The event focuses specifically on the context of leadership in the technology and ICT sectors to highlight how privilege and intersectionality come into play, specifically within these working cultures and dynamics.
