Synopsis
When you find yourself in the boardroom being FIRED, how do you react and what is the next step? This is the situation Vicky found herself on in August 2013. At the time she thought it the worst day of her career, turns out to be one of the best. Come and be inspired by Vicky’s story from being FIRED to founding her own business and the journey along the way. Vicky will also help you understand your strongest personality style and the benefits to reading others and building stronger teams.
About the speaker
Vicky has had a love of people from an early age, which fuelled her passion to become a qualified personality profiler, to help understand why others “Do, Say and React” the way they do. She lives and breathes Behaviours, Core Values, Limiting Beliefs, Boundaries all those things that make YOU, well YOU.
Vicky helps you look in the mirror to understand your own style and how to recognise, understand and respect others. It’s not about changing who we are, it’s about flexing and adapting our own style to get the best out of those around us. Vicky’s passion and enthusiasm is contagious, inspiring those around her to help themselves to live life in the Happy Lane.
