Elizabeth Harrin, MA, FAPM, MBCS is a programme manager and author. She has over fifteen years’ experience in projects. Elizabeth has led a variety of IT and process improvement projects including ERP and compliance initiatives. She is also experienced in managing business change.
Elizabeth spent eight years working in financial services (including two based in Paris, France) before moving into the healthcare sector. Elizabeth is the author of 5 books: Communicating Change; Shortcuts to Success: Project Management in the Real World; Collaboration Tools for Project Managers; Project Manager; and Customer-Centric Project Management.
